Jordon Franklin
Property Manager

Jordon started his career as a carpenter when he left school in 2006 and succeeded his qualifications in 2008. Following working in the building industry for 5 years, Jordon migrated to residential property management, which lead him on to his active role as a Property Manager today. Jordons experience in the building industry and maintenance of property is frequently put to use in his role as a Property Manager, and assists in many day to day issues that come his way

Jordon enjoys building a working relationship with his clients and ensuring that each property in his portfolio is kept at its highest potential

Jordon has a passion for music and fills up his spare time with taking part in a wide range of musical activity

Jackie Samways
Insurance Manager

Jackie has an impressive career spanning over 25 years in the Insurance field. After leaving College with a business studies qualification, she joined Frizzells (Now Liverpool Victoria) as a Technical Insurance trainee and worked her way up to section manager with delegated underwriting authority for well known insurers Lloyds. Handling personal lines, commercial and non-standard risks, Jackie was also the Technical Insurance trainer and underwriter for the first telemarketing team in her company, better known today as a call centre!

 

She left after the birth of her second daughter and joined Foxes Property Management in 2005 to run the Insurance Department following the retirement of Joan Kier. Due to rapid expansion within the department, she was joined by Mia in 2008 and Cheryl in 2010, all FSA registered.

 

In her spare time, Jackie enjoys skiing, swimming, socialising and is a keen golfer.

Anita Graham
Debt Recovery Manager

Anita has worked for Foxes for over 10 years and sits front of house alongside the Property Managers. She is responsible for sending out demands on unpaid accounts. If no response has been received to the demands sent, she endeavours to correspond with the Lessee either by email, telephone or written reminders.

 

Anita is extremely dedicated to her job role, however understands the current financial climate therefore please do not hesitate to contact her should you have any queries or concerns regarding your lessee account. She is a Wife, Mother and recent Grandmother and enjoys spending time with her family when not in the office.

Russell Akerman
Property Manager/Management Assistant

Russ Initially worked at British Telecom then spent 17 years in insurance, including roles in staff training, underwriting and claims. He then worked in Retail before joining Foxes Property Management in March 2008. His role at Foxes is varied, including some block management and the apportionment of utility bills for tenants at business premises.

 

In his spare time, Russ enjoys playing Sunday league and 5-a-side football and is also an avid supporter of AFC Bournemouth. Aside from football, he likes to watch cricket and has a life-long passion for music, his tastes ranging from the 1950s to the present day.

Ben Clifford
Property Manager

Ben started his career in Customer Services at the age of 21, after he secured a Business Management Degree. From there he had a brief spell undertaking a Graduation Training Scheme before finding his niche in Property Management. Born in Bournemouth, his knowledge of the surrounding area is extensive, which greatly assists in his day to day role of managing local properties.

He has a passion for providing excellent customer service and in view of this has taken on the additional responsibility for ensuring the appropriate training and development plans are in place for all members of the Foxes team.

He is also taking an active role in improving the computer skills of each of his colleagues. Ben passed his IRPM Foundation exam in June 2015.In his spare time, Ben is a keen sportsman, who enjoys football, cricket and golf, which has led to a large social circle, and is often seen out with friends and family.

Andrew Bagshawe
Property Manager

Andrew started a career in investment banking at the age of 19 at JP Morgan. His career took him to London where he worked for a further 6 years for a number of major investment banks including UBS, F&C and HSBC. After travelling a large part of Asia with his wife, Andrew moved back down to Bournemouth in 2011 to start a new career as a Property Manager with Foxes. Andrew has always held a keen interest in property with a small ‘buy to let’ Portfolio.

 

Having now retired from playing football he has focussed his attentions to honing his golf skills. He is also an avid AFC Bournemouth supporter, which can often be a trying hobby! When he is not filling his time with football and golf, Andrew loves spending time with his wife Niki and their new baby daughter Amelie.

Steve Cox
Director

Steve has worked for Foxes since 2006. He is the New Business Director and first point of contact for new business enquiries. He will be happy to visit new sites and advise Directors or Landlords in all aspects of property management.

His interests include all sports, especially golf, songwriting and playing guitar and bass in a small country rock band, cooking and walking his Weimeraner in the countryside, where in lives in Milton Abbas and the Charente Maratine region of France.

Les Baker
Director

Following a career in retail management, Les initially handled the Block of Flats Buildings Insurance for Owens & Porter.

 

He moved into Property Management shortly after and with a career now spanning 21 years, has gained extensive knowledge in all aspects of management following a considerable increase in regulation and legislation. Les joined Foxes Property Management 7 years ago and became a Director in 2010.

 

He is a father of two and is a keen runner in his spare time, regularly taking part in running events and has 3 times run the great London Marathon.

Karl Lyons
Company Director

As a Chartered Surveyor with an extensive career spanning over 40 years experience, Karl Lyons expertise lies in the interpretation of Leases, advice on construction problems and the workings of lessees management companies.

 

Previously working for the Property Management Department in Fox and Sons, he was responsible for the buyout of the company to create Foxes Property Management Ltd in 1996. Karl also manages Foxes Commercial Ltd.

 

His hobbies include spending time with his grandchildren, squash, tai chi and vintage cars.

Peter Heasman
Managing Director

Peter has worked within the property industry for over 30 years, initially as an estate agent before moving into Property Management.

 

The Property Management department of Fox & Sons was bought out and Foxes Property Management Ltd founded in 1996. He has been a Director of the company since its inception and Managing Director for the last 10 years.

 

Peter has properties of his own including flats and understands the importance of maintaining a rapport with both lessees and maintenance contractors. He has a wife, two daughters and when not in the office, can be found on the Golf Course.
