Our client can be the freehold owner of a block of flats or a management company whose members comprise the lessees themselves.
As agents we must ensure that monies are only spent on the Reserved Property and that the block is managed in accordance with the latest Statutes and the terms of the Lease.
Each block that we manage is dealt with by a designated property manager who has the back up of various personnel who have many years experience of dealing with all aspects of property management. We operate a purpose built computer system which controls our client accounting. Monies held for all clients is separately identifiable at any time and a statement can be produced for each account for any specified period on demand.
Our Professional Indemnity insurance policy provides cover for all client monies.
We also offer an in-house debt recovery department which is able to collect service charge and ground rent arrears on behalf of clients. The costs that arise from this service are charged to the individual who is in arrears.
A new service that we now offer is a 24 hour emergency call-out service.
